Position Summary: This Ministry Leader role is responsible for partnering with our female student ministry leader in directing and developing the high school and middle school ministry for the church. The team will collaboratively work together in leading the Youth & Family ministry, with this role being primarily focused on the teenage boys in our church.
The Student Ministry is structured to have leadership roles for both the boys and girls in the designated age group. It is the expectation that both leaders work in mutual submission to each other, sharing the workload and responsibilities, and partnering with the parents and each other for the overall good of the ministry and its members; decision-making is a collective and collaborative process, under the guidance and direction of the evangelist and elders.

Duluth, GA is located in Gwinnett County, a suburban area northeast of the city of Atlanta. We are close to Lake Lanier, the Gwinnett Stripers (minor league baseball team), Mall of Georgia, Georgia Gwinnett College, and Gwinnett Tech. We are within a half hour of the city of Atlanta, all its major sports teams and universities. We are also within two hours of Camp Swamp (, where youth and teens from churches around the Southeast attend summer camp, retreats and the like on a regular basis.
