Senior Minister
First Christian Church of Titusville, Florida is seeking a Senior Minister to fill an open position.
The selected candidate will lead a growing congregation of 200+ members and will have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree from a college associated with the Independent Christian churches/churches of Christ...although an MDIV Degree is preferred
* A minimum of 10 years experience as a church pastor or equivalent
* Must have proven organizational and leadership skills
* Able to lead a staff of 6+
* Able to work with a team of Elders developing new Elder and Deacon candidates
* Must have an understanding of Social Media
