Orrville Christian Church

Orrville Christian Church (OCC) is seeking a full-time Connections Minister (CM). OCC has a 116 year history. We are located one hour south of Cleveland in the hometown of The J.M. Smucker Co. in rural Wayne County. We are committed to reaching nearly 14,000 unchurched people in our area and leading them to a connection with Christ and His church.

The CM is a servant leader who displays the clear ability to connect with people and communicate the vision of doing life together as followers of Jesus.

The CM will facilitate relational connection and discipleship of adults through the weekend guest experience, groups, ministry teams, and involvement of new members.

By overseeing the connections and next steps strategy of OCC, the CM will lead guests to a genuine sense of belonging, serving, and involvement by meeting people where they are and helping them pursue spiritual growth.
