First Christian Church of Titusville, Florida is seeking a Senior Minister to fill an open position. The selected candidate will lead a growing congregation of 200+ members and will have the following qualifications:
~ Bachelor's Degree from a college associated with the Independent Christian churches/churches of Christ...although an MDIV Degree is preferred
~ A minimum of 10 years experience as a Preacher/Pastor or equivalent
~ Must have proven organizational and leadership skills
~ Able to lead a staff of 6+
~ Able to work with a team of Elders, developing new Elder and Deacon candidates
~ Must have an understanding of Social Media
